WHO WE ARE
María Tapia and Réka Gugán are the Founding Partners of Earthstar Investments, bringing together exceptional expertise and a proven track record in their respective fields. María has successfully managed three funds, securing over $2 billion in investments, and brings more than two decades of specialized experience in impact investing. Réka, a former climate entrepreneur and founder of two startups, has extensive experience in startup acceleration, having supported high-impact European startups in scaling their operations.
Under their leadership, Earthstar Investments operates with a team across two key locations: the headquarters in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and a local office in Mexico City.
